d'tense massage therapy

In November 2004, I decided I wanted change in my life. After an extremely frustrating shift at a sports bar during football season, I decided to finally explore something I had been curious about for years...massage therapy.
After completing a 900-hour program, I successfully passed the NCBTMB and have held an active Florida massage license since May 2006 and a Colorado license since June 2018. Since being licensed, I have worked in an auto injury
rehabilitation clinic and various corporate big-name chain spas. These settings have allowed me to work among a diverse group of therapists with whom I traded knowledge and techniques.

Every massage therapist approaches the body differently. My therapeutic approach is to incorporate a variety of modalities to maximize the benefits of each session. While my strength is in the therapeutic realm of massage, I can also perform a relaxing massage. However, utilizing an extremely light pressure is far from what I excel at. To best meet every individual’s needs, every session will begin with a conversation that allows me to understand what is going on and what you hope to accomplish with that session.

I look forward to working with you!
